Meet the European Water Community at Water Innovation Europe 2026

Water Innovation Europe 2026 will bring the European water community together in Dublin on 13–14 October, and registrations are now open. The event offers an opportunity for researchers, utilities, companies, policymakers, innovators and investors to exchange knowledge, develop new connections and identify opportunities for future collaboration.

Taking place under the theme “Raising the Bar for the Water Framework Directive,” this year’s conference will focus on the steps needed to accelerate implementation and strengthen Europe’s water resilience as the 2027 Water Framework Directive objectives approach.

The MARLCAIMED project will also be promoted during the conference, increasing its visibility among stakeholders from across the European water ecosystem.

For EU-funded projects, events such as Water Innovation Europe provide an important opportunity to move beyond individual project activities and connect results, solutions and experiences with a broader community.
