MARCLAIMED Demo Site 2 Showcased at the United for Water Day in Portugal

On the 20th of February, Nuno Correia from Águas de Portugal presented the MARCLAIMED Comporta Demo Case 2 at the Unidos pela Água | XV Jornadas de Engenharia, held at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia in Lisbon. This annual event, organised by AdP VALOR, focuses on innovation, digitalization, engineering, and the circular economy within the water sector.

The event brought together leaders from various sectors, including Tourism, Health & Safety, Agriculture, and the Marine Economy, to discuss the strategic value of water. The discussions emphasised the role of water in sustainable development and the pressing need for innovative solutions like MAR to ensure water security.

The conference hosted a technical workshop dedicated to professionals from the Águas de Portugal Group, focusing on advancing engineering solutions in water management.
